What currency are charges in?+
Prices are fixed amounts. International cards are billed in KRW (Korean Won) at checkout; the USD figure is the fixed equivalent, not an exchange-rate estimate.
Can I get a refund?+
Single: refundable anytime before AI analysis starts. Pro/Pro Max first charge: refundable within 24 hours and before opening any insight (whichever comes first). For monthly renewals, cancel before the next billing date to stop further charges.
Can responders identify me?+
Responders answer anonymously with no account required. Raw answers are AES-256 encrypted and never shown — not even to you.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, cancel any time from Settings. You keep Pro/Pro Max features until the end of the current billing month.
What happens when I exceed the Free cap?+
Analysis is locked after 20 responses. Upgrade to Single or Pro at any time to unlock instantly.
